From First Inquiry to Shipment in 45 Days: How We Delivered 2,000 Training Chairs to AME University, Liberia

Sep. 28, 26

In early August 2026, a delegation from AME University in Liberia visited our factory with a clear mission: replace the campus seating that had failed them. Just six weeks later, the full batch of 2,000 training chairs was produced, inspected, packaged and loaded into containers bound for Liberia. Here is the full story of how quality, service and delivery turned a single inquiry into a long-term partnership.

Background: A Painful Procurement Lesson

The university had previously purchased classroom furniture from another Chinese supplier. Within less than one year of campus deployment, the products developed looseness, deformation and breakage, seriously disrupting normal teaching. Burned by that experience, the client abandoned the low-cost-only mindset and prioritized quality, durability and cost-performance.

Factory Visit: Seeing Is Believing (August 5, 2026)

The client team spent a full day at our original manufacturing facility, reviewing campus-specific seating samples and specifications: thickened board panels, reinforced welding, eco-friendly paint finish and anti-slip bases. We walked them through material specs, load-bearing structures, anti-rust and wear-resistant performance and ergonomic design. Both sides confirmed product models and production specifications and reached a preliminary consensus.

Contract & Production: Speed Without Compromise

Satisfied with our quality, craftsmanship and transparent OEM pricing, the client revisited our premises on August 7 to finalize terms — price optimization, cooperation terms and delivery timelines. Given the university's tight schedule, we committed to a precise production plan and signed the procurement contract on the spot.

On August 26, the client returned to tour our production lines: raw-material screening, cutting and welding, polishing and painting, assembly and final inspection.

Quality Verification & Ocean-Ready Packaging (September 12, 2026)

Pre-assembled samples were presented for on-site verification. Product stability, craftsmanship details and dimensional accuracy all met the university's high-quality benchmarks. For ocean freight, we applied multi-layer packaging with moisture-proof, shock-resistant and collision-avoidance treatments to ensure the goods arrive in perfect condition.

Loading & Shipment (September 16, 2026)

The full batch of 2,000 training chairs completed production, inspection and packaging on schedule. The client supervised container loading on-site, verifying cargo quantity, packaging integrity and loading compliance. The client spoke highly of our product quality, production efficiency and one-on-one dedicated service, and explicitly proposed long-term strategic cooperation for ongoing procurement of teaching furniture for AME University and other campus projects across Liberia.

"[I am very satisfied with your delivery process. This has been a pleasant collaboration.]"

About This Project

From the initial online inquiry (via Google and Alibaba International Site) to container loading, the whole project was completed in about one and a half months. Two factors drove the success: precisely matching the client's pursuit of high quality and cost-performance, and delivering end-to-end foreign-trade service with strict quality control and reliable delivery.
